Bono Consulting prepared the topographic survey and site engineering plans for this complex of four luxury townhomes on St. Johns Avenue in Highland Park.
The site was 100 feet wide by 300 feet deep with over five feet of grade change along the north property line. In some areas the retaining walls were holding up the neighbor’s property and in other areas the retaining walls were holding up the sidewalks for this development. It was decided that each townhome would have its own water service eliminating the need to run a water main to the rear of the property therefore saving significant cost.
Bono Consulting also provided limited construction support and a final as-built topographic survey and certification of the grading.
