Bono Consulting provided engineering design for this 14-acre retail development in Skokie. Retail tenants include X-Sport Fitness, Garden Fresh Market Grocery, Chase Bank, and Starbucks. We also provided construction assistance during the site utilities and earthwork installation.
We successfully designed the stormwater detention through surface storage on the parking lot, below-grade concrete pipes, and surface detention ponds. The project has since been completed, and the shops are open for business.
