BCI was retained to provide site plans for this gas station upgrade. The site included a new convenience store and a slot machine room. We provided parking for the slot machine customers. We prepared the Auto-turn drawings for the fuel delivery trucks. The site is located on the corner of two IDOT highways, so all driveways were IDOT permitted. Site also needed MWRD permitting for the new sanitary service.
