Bono Consulting provided a topographic survey, engineering designs, and permitting for this new commercial project in Chicago. Because the proposed construction would disturb an area greater than 15,000 square feet, it was classified as a Regulated Site, meaning that stormwater detention and permeable pavement are required. We helped reduce construction costs significantly by placing the stormwater detention on the parking lot’s surface. The project has since been completed, and the new First Financial Credit Union is open for business.
