Canon initially hired Bono Consulting to assist in requesting to deviate from the current zoning requirements in a variance hearing for an expanded parking lot. Once the zoning examiner approved the variance, we provided detailed engineering drawings for the new parking lots.
We designed the stormwater system per the DuPage County Countywide Stormwater and Floodplain Ordinance. Bono Consulting also assisted the client with bid assistance and construction observation during the stormwater system installation and parking lot construction. The project has since been completed and is open for business.
