Bono Consulting provided engineering design and permitting for a single-family house located at 11 Normandee Court, Burr Ridge, IL.
We designed the site engineering per DuPage County stormwater requirements. The design included a permeable paver driveway to provide storage and infiltration as a Volume Control with the Post Construction Best Management Practice (VCBMP). Also included was a Stormceptor catch basin to remove Total Suspended Solids (TSS) as a Post Construction Best Management Practice (PCBMP).
The property also contains wetlands and is located near a regulated floodplain, so extra permitting services were also required to ensure the design protected these areas. The house construction has since been approved and completed successfully.
