Featured Projects
Dom’s Kitchen and Market – Lakeview, Chicago, IL
Bono Consulting was hired to prepare the site plans for the first Dom’s Kitchen and Market on the corner of Halsted & Diversey. This was a very tight urban site with driveways to both Diversey and Halsted. The design was further constrained to maximize parking and still comply with the landscape ordinance. Bono Consulting designed the parking lot, driveways, site drainage, ADA building access, and the new sewer and water services.
Touhy Centre Retail Development – Skokie, IL
Bono Consulting provided engineering design for this 14-acre retail development in Skokie. Retail tenants include X-Sport Fitness, Garden Fresh Market Grocery, Chase Bank, and Starbucks. We also provided construction assistance during the site utilities and earthwork installation. We successfully designed the stormwater detention through surface storage on the parking lot, below-grade concrete pipes, and surface detention ponds. The project has since been completed, and the shops are open for business.
